"We already made arrangements. It may be a day or two before we get accomodations squared away, but I'll find a place to make sure you and your family are set up appropriately."

He considers things for a bit. "I'm not 100% sure when we'll be leaving - hopefully as soon as everything's situated and not before. And I'm not sure how long it'll be beore we can come back here, so we shoudl try and make this one trip. Do you need any help packing?"

[Joshua]

The priest shakes his head. "Thirty years as a expounder of the frontier doesn't go away, no matter how simple the priestly life is." He will shrug. "Looks like you're having an issue with that kind of transition."

[khadjair]

Cameron comes up short and looks at the priest for a minute. "What exact transition are you referring to? I mean.. it's not like there aren't problems. Just... what are you referring to specifically?"

Cameron has a distracted look in his eye, clearly his mind is wandering over a great many things all at once.

[Joshua]

"Come now... I can spot someone whose recently been promoted from the battlefield to politics." He says. "It's not pretty. No, cutting someone in two with an axe is a lot easier and nicer than most modern politics."

Cameron sighs and nods. "You're assuming I was all that good a soldier, either. I was drafted... pressed into service of the crown that starved my people and drove my family off their land. Then... things changed."

"If you must.. I need an assistant so I can be reminded of what I am at heart. A craftsman. Your nephew is brilliantly skilled, and I will be honored to work with him. as for the political side... there are those trying to teach me." he nods to Osmund, "though I am proving a singularly inept student."

"I apologize that the new home I offer might have a few more vipers than you are accustomed to here. But you are tenacious, and I suspect wise, except when it comes to underestimating the likes of my companion here. Which, don't get me wrong, if I hadn't have met him as I did I would've done the same. I didn't know he could hit that hard either."

[Joshua]

"It sounds like you have greater need of my services than his." The priest will say. "If you are going to mentor him, I'll do what I can. Some lessons are different than others. And the first rule, is that being in charge is like being in a relationship. You can let it rule you and get crushed by pomp and circumstance; or you can be its equal and find your own path. It is that second one that I have done here and my acolytes will carry on for me."

[khadjair]

Cameron smiles wistfully. "In three days I almost accidentally formented a rebellion, got drunk in public, and I think I may have managed to insult the leader of one of the courts, though I don't think he quite sees it that way. If this is like a relationship, well..."

He shakes his head with a chuckle. "I'm just whining. Counsel would definitely be appreciated. Osmund has helpd; he's familiar with the people involved. I just don't want to take all his time nursemaiding me as I blunder from one faux pas to the next. So yes... you're right. I may be as much in need of your services as your nephew's. Though I warn I can be pretty dense."

[Joshua]

"Very well then." He will offer his hand. "If you want, my given name is Minrus. Min for short."

Zunkar will arrive then with his materials and brother (who has normal brown fur and is dressed like one might expect from the 1800's: inexpensive vest, jacket and slacks, he's almost 8' 8"). Both are traveling light, a single chest between the two of them (although, that's a big suitcase).

Zunkar will ask, "So, when should we be leaving?"

Cameron look at the suitcase, then at the three assembled bulls, then over to Osmund.

"I'm going to try and take us all through together. I'm not sure quite how this works - I think you have to all be touching me for it to work, or at least you have to be on a path of touch... If you don't make it through with me, Osmund should be able to bring the rest through, or at least bring me back so we can take the rest of you there."

He'll pull out Morgana's trump and start looking into it, noticing the details, tryign to get a feel for it as a craft, a mechanism. To feel that moment when things change.

Morgana gives the impression that it's as good a time as any. She has just gotten out of a meeting, so, can pull you through, if needed.

Looks like Cameron can pull everyone through... Although, it likely gives a major headache from exertion.
