07.06d: Underwater Ball (Cold Blood)

[Krajk]

"What condition? Being feather-headed or being feather-headed?" One corner of Krajk's mouth will twitch upward as he quips this.

[The Raven]

"Amnesia, so you're not too far off. Though as a benefit I'm not burdened by any prior prejudices."

[Joshua]

Rachael will eye the Raven suspiciously. "Was it some kind of curse? Lycanthropes' heads heal injuries. We're not like the others."

[The Raven]

"A curse?" Ponders the Raven. "I suppose it's possible. I haven't thought too much about it really. I'm not really one to let anyone else examine my mind, and my talents in the area are... limited."

[Joshua]

Rachael will shrug. "Perhaps you're not a werecreature then? and simply a lesser shapeshifter?" She will eye him suspiciously. "Best not to risk infection then. I don't think you'd last that long as a sailor."

(OOC: Welcome to conversations with too much bad stuff.)

[The Raven]

The Raven chuckles. "No, I don't think I would make a very good sailor. However, I wouldn't worry about risking infection, either. I'm quite resistant to that sort of thing."

[Joshua]

"Hmmm, well, if you wish, I suppose you'll do," she says, leaning forward to grasp the Raven's collar and pull him out of the room. (For nookie! Offscreen... no seriously this is NOT going to be shown.)

[Krajk]

Krajk watches the byplay between Rachael and Raven with clear, if politely restrained, amusement. When the two depart he shakes his head with a chuckle and returns his attentions to the food and drinks*.

(*High enough psyche or warfare will show some degree of relaxation at this point, but not tons and it's not terribly obvious either.)

The Raven isn't going to stop a cute pirate from dragging him off. (Especially not when he has ulterior motives)

A few minutes later, there's an intense pressure behind Krajk's eyes as some form of invasive psychic assault hits him, trying to worm it's way inside. There's no sense of malice or anything from it, although there's no way to tell if it's just a dispassionate mind-control effect or an automated message system.
