Thundercloud

Thundercloud is a living storm. He appears as a black mass of solid darkness, and can change his shape (but not his color) to stretch or dodge. In addition, he has lightning powers, lightning bolts, and such. He's got a mysterious past, and makes a decent 'extra' for a superhero team that needs a new member.
