When you get back to the wedding site, there is, indeed, cake; it seems that the whole affair with the giants is being viewed as merely a minor diversion. Of course, this could be in part due to the presence of Korginthrinavoxargus; having a giant blue dragon on hand does much to bolster morale. Even if he's currently napping.
The wedding continues with various presents for the newlyweds, most of them practical items aimed more at Merlin than Dazzle - though one particularly intrepid old lady did manage to create a dragon sized quilt. Kaina and Korgin apparently contributed the wedding rings themselves - presumably enchanted - and saw no need to add anything else. (And no, Maya is not the only guest who didn't bring anything, nor does anyone seem inclined to complain about - or even mention - that.)
And, finally, a few kegs of fine drink* are rolled out, and the wedding devolves into general partying; clusters of people chattering in various spots around the clearing, or dancing, or chasing each other in circles just for the sheer fun of it.**

* Locally brewed, so fine may be a relative term. On the other hand, I doubt there's anyone present with a sufficiently refined palate to actually care much.
** Well, what did you expect from a group consisting mostly of werecats?
