"Let's see here... broken bones, burns, a concussion, serious blood loss, and a few crushed organs - let me guess, he was using an icarus two model tractor? And it exploded. Of course. Yes, I can fix this. Better than new. No, not the tractor - you're on your own for that."
"At least he wasn't using an icarus one - that would have made this hard."

Temmin is a traveling doctor, healer, and veterinarian, though he has enough understanding of mechanics to keep his tiny airship running. (However - the transit beacon that lets him travel between realms is beyond his ability to repair or replace.) He's clearly from Chalkon, and, if asked, is happy to relate stories of his homeland - though he's rather reticent about his own personal history, or any tales involving the jaguar princes. Those who know a bit about politics may wonder why one of the jaguar princes is wandering around as a traveling doctor... but Temmin refuses to answer such questions.

The truth is that Temmin is the son of the famous (and famously dead) jaguar prince Khennek Icepaw. As such, Temmin is more than a little wary of returning "home" - he's fairly certain that, were he to attempt to claim his heritage, one of two things would happen: Either Oberon's soldiers would shoot him on sight, or the other jaguar princes would set him up as a figurehead for a new attempted revolution - with very similar results to the first option.

Because of this, he also tries to stay relatively low key; he may be a high level spark, but he at least tries to not make that obvious to the people he interacts with. Of course, every now and then something *interesting* shows up...

Physically, Temmin is a fairly average looking jaguar prince (see Chalkon for a more detailed description). His clothing, however, is not. He doesn't wear any of the decorative jewelry of a typical jaguar prince, and the practical pieces are made out of either white cloth or a pale pearlescent material - this latter is in rounded, grown-looking forms rather than the blocky mosaic designs normally favored. Over this, he wears a short-sleeved white lab coat with red plus symbols decorating both shoulders, and a slit in the back to allow for his tail.

Those who pay close attention to Chalkon politics will also note that "Fireheart" is not the surname of any of the twenty-eight current families, nor is it the surname of any of the twelve families believed to be extinct.

As the only son of the self-proclaimed Great Prince Khennek Icepaw, Temmin was expected to instantly master any test put before him - and if he did not, well, clearly there could be no fault in the blood of an Icepaw; the failure (and any consequences thereto appertaining) lay with his tutors. It would have been easy for that sort of training regimen to produce a monster, but, fortunately for his tutors, Temmin actually cared about other people.
And that comparative benevolence paid off in spades when three of his tutors smuggled him out of Khennek's palace the night before Oberon's final attack. Two of those three tutors were killed fighting off Khennek's guards; the third was shot by Oberon's troops when he made a distraction to let Temmin sneak past the front lines. Temmin himself, however, succeeded in stowing away on the ONS Helios, one of the medical frigates in Oberon's supply train.

Phase one aspects:
Jaguar Prince (in exile): Temmin is of the jaguar bloodline, with all the physical power, speed, and resilience that that implies. ...On the down side, he needs to eat more than most people, is heavier than a normal person his size (making long distance swimming perilous, as well as potential issues, say, crossing a damaged floor in a burning building). And then there's the potential social impact...
Actually Cares About Other People (unless they're jerks): Could be invoked to help convince people that, no, he's really just there to help... but mostly serves as a hook for compels like dashing into the burning building to save someone, or heading towards the cry for help in a dark alley.

Temmin was able to stay out of sight aboard the Helios for about two weeks - until The Spark began to manifest, resulting in three miraculous recoveries (two of them from the morgue) and one rampaging monster before the senior medical officer managed to track him down.

Phase two aspects: (( tentative ))
The Spark

5: science
4: athletics, fists
3: alertness, endurance, might
2: resolve, empathy, rapport, stealth
1: engineering, investigation, academics, deceit, survival

Danger Sense : can take a full defensive action when ambushed, even when considered surprised.
Marathon Training : can use athletics instead of endurance for extended exercise (aka marathons), and can complement endurance with athletics under "most other cases".
Fast as a Leopard : +2 to athletics when sprinting, or can set aside that bonus to be considered on even footing with horses, cars, most clanks, and other such fast-but-not-absurdly-fast vehicles.
Brawler : +1 on fists rolls to defend when outnumbered. Also, when fighting two or more minions, deal one additional stress on a successful hit.
Doctor : +2 to science rolls for first aid or medical attention
Surgeon : +1 to science rolls for surgery or other complex medical procedures, extra +1 in his specialty: augmentations. Also, within that specialty, he "may remove the difficulty increase of any one factor affecting the operation (such as poor facilities, or a lack of a particular supply, etc)."
Scientific Genius : +1 to science rolls in the realm of biology, and another +1 in the further specialization of hybrid design theory
Scientific Invention
weird science
mad science : Temmin's theme here is, of course, biology, though a particularly persuasive engineer might be able to convince him to help with a project in the field of biomimetics.

Extra stunts, bought at -1 permanent fate point each, leaving him with a total fate point refresh of five.
Herculean Strength : +2 might for non-combat applications.
Piledriver : +4 might for breaking inanimate objects.
Army of One : opponents get no bonus due to advantage of numbers (this one may be dropped, since he doesn't have all the normal pre-reqs. But that's because Mix It Up really doesn't feel appropriate for him to have...)
Bounce Back : recover two steps faster from physical consequences. (Mild: lasts 'till end of scene. Moderate: lasts for maybe 0.5 to 2 hours. Severe: 0.5 to 3 days. This can be reduced further with medical attention, so he'd "normally" recover from a severe consequence in hours to maybe a day or two at worst.)
Developed Immunities : immune to normal poisons, +2 vs abnormal poisons, +6 vs abnormal poisons he's encountered before.
Minions : He doesn't want them. He doesn't know what to do with them. They don't seem to care.
