Any post involving mass conflict - "how many enemies" versus "how many not-dead-yet-lizardfolk". Any post where someone is organizing a large-scale enterprise, from Alys' guard training to Spellbinder's stopgap water-cleaning. Spellbinder's work was probably the most recent example, requiring geometry and flow rate calculations (including extra engineering tolerances & working out how frequently the result will need maintenance...)

This is true, but... For the combat, Alys could have let Cameron handle the specifics. For Spellbinder, since he's letting an intelligent elemental deal with the digging he could have told it to dig a suitable trench. For how often it needs maintenance, yes, he'd have to check it more often, but could still do it. Or let Will handle maintenance.

Regardless... the ability to work around the gap is directly related to the size.

So, at 10 points, losing math means you can't fudge it. At 20 points, you can still use ideas like "a lot" or "more than" even if specific numbers elude you.

So, this is approved, if you are interested. And we'll have to figure out appropriate gaps for the level you are taking. Again, the intent:
At 5 points, the gaps are crippling.
At 10 points, the gaps are challenging and frustrating.
At 15 points, the gaps are difficult.
At 20 points, the gaps are (really) annoying or terrible (but easy to circumvent).
