Thirwin continues to chant, attempting to use the font of positive energy as a filter to locate a similar spike of negative energy. "If this thing is as powerful as it was, it should be siphoning energy out of a large area. I'm trying to introduce new, more visible energy to locate the flow. This place is huge, if we can't narrow it down to a section, the dragon will likely have time to revive." He pauses... "There is one other idea I can try after this. He just might need a dragon sized skeleton." Before going back to sensing the energy flow of the area. |

The most immediate sources of negative energy are the vats along the walls of this room. Beyond that, the differences are subtle and fluctuating - it seems likely that there are some undead of at least moderate power still moving around elsewhere in the temple. Gregor's eyes spread out, some heading for one of the two exits, some for the other. As the third one passes the farther of the two doorways, there's a resounding "Boom!" - a massive lightning bolt snapped across the doorway, obliterating that eye. A few moments later, another lightning bolt blasts the eighth eye to cross the threshold... |
