Rule Additions

So, just to state officially, one advancement buys 2 new skills, or 1 new skill and 1 skill raise (if the skill is lower than the attribute).

If you don't have 2 skills lower than their attribute, let me know... (That really shouldn't happen.)

I was thinking of some Legendary additions (for NPCs, and well, you get them after 16 advancements... you have 3.)

Power Points: At the moment it can be taken once. At legendary, I was thinking it would be taken every other Legendary advancement. This counts as an attribute advancement (which is also every other Legendary advancement). This includes the caveat that if you use this to take only super attributes I get to slap you. (Also, no NPC will do that.)

I wanted a Legendary version of the Best there Is Edge. Some way for you guys to eventually theoretically advance to Cosmic heroes. Mostly as an idea to stat some things as experienced people who clawed their way up, instead of just declaring that some of the villains started with more points.

Anything people might want to see?
