I posted some new rules today. See
the Rules page for more details.
- Fighting Styles are mostly as per table top.
- Humanity can be given up for XP, but requires a derangement at Humanity 5.

Altered the
rules page for clarifications on getting Out of Clan disciplines at character creation.

Fighting Styles:
- Combat Marksmanship 3 has been replaced with the second attack from level 5.
There is no new level 5.
- Sniping is not approved.
XP per game has changed from 5 base with one extra to 3 base, 2 for attending the entire game, and 1 extra.

Added clarification for Haven. It is a single merit, not three.

Upped
starting XP to 45. We don't want starting characters to be
completely incapable compared to everyone else.
Added
True Covenant Status optional rule. This should not affect any PC currently in game.
The Nosferatu
Flesh and Steel rules are not approved. (This is not a change, but a rules decision.)
The ST's rules for
custom rules have been posted. These are not new rules, just the rules I have been using written down and made public.
Technically not a rules change, but while I was editing the rules page I also added a
staff page.

Dread (Nightmare) no longer requires concentration.
Fighting Styles require a teacher of some kind.
This thread has been locked. Post rules questions or suggestions in the
Out of Character board.
Retainer rules have been clarified, with defined limits on their character sheets if you wish to design them yourself.
Ghoul retainers require 1 wp a month and 1 blood per game.
Donation XP attaches to the player, not the character.

A Matter of Resolve is not in use. Characters get a single downtime action without the Allies, Contacts, or Retainer merits. (See Handing Off Downtime Actions, MET 140, for more detail.)

Retainers are not allowed to have Mentor, Resources or Retainers. If you have these on your sheet, please talk to the STs about appropriate replacements. (This is due to a re-reading and clarification of MET 146.) A note about their usages of Allies and Contacts were added.
A quick overview of Contacts, Status, Allies, and Retainers has been posted.
Each Coil of the Dragon is purchased as a separate discipline.
This may be not be a surprise to anyone playing, but Invictus Blood Oaths are approved with modified rules.
Willpower costs for embracing a PC or joining a PC's bloodline are waved.

Willpower can be spent when attacking, despite what MET 109 says.
Fighting Styles generally give combat maneuvers. Only one can be used at a time.

Dropping Humanity at creation can now only be done once, but you can no longer drop far enough to gain a derangement. Instead, a short background will give 5 XP for merits or skills.
Not a rules change, but a note on the game being designed to be "Mental > Social > Physical" was added to the main page.
